Built, Not Taught

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of marketing, product, and design, helping teams bring clarity to complex ideas and scale creative work across global organizations.

But the way I lead today didn’t come from structure. It came from the lack of it.

Early in my career, I experienced what happens when teams are asked to move fast without clear direction, alignment, or support. It creates friction, slows progress, and limits what people are capable of delivering.

That experience shaped how I think about creative organizations.

Today, my focus is not just on the work itself, but on how the work gets done.

I build systems, teams, and frameworks that allow creativity to scale without losing quality or intention. Because when teams have clarity, they move faster. When they have structure, they collaborate better. And when they are aligned, they deliver stronger outcomes.

I’ve had the opportunity to lead global, multidisciplinary teams and partner across functions to create connected experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and business impact.

What drives me most is helping teams do their best work, not by asking them to do more, but by creating better ways of working.

Creative Perspective

I still see the world through a designer’s lens.

I notice the details. The spacing in a layout. The way a message lands. The feeling something creates before it’s fully formed.

That instinct hasn’t gone away as I’ve moved into leadership. It’s evolved.

Today, I use that same perspective to guide systems, shape teams, and create environments where great work can happen consistently, not just occasionally.

Beyond the Work

I’m passionate about supporting and elevating women in design and technology, and creating space for meaningful connection across teams.

Because at the end of the day, the systems we build only work if the people behind them feel supported, seen, and set up to succeed.
